Our roof cleaning process involves using eco-friendly soft-wash chemicals to deep clean your roofs and stop moss growth. We then use soft wash techniques to thoroughly clean your roofs so that your roofs can remain clean for longer.
Our 5-Step Roof Cleaning Process
Inspection
The first step in our process is to identify the type of roofing material and its condition. With the help of these factors we select the most suitable chemicals and equipment to get the optimal cleaning results.
Debris Removal
In this step we remove loose debris, leaves and branches on the roof. Clearing these debris is important to make the cleaning process more effective.
Applying Cleaning Solution
Once the roof is cleared from debris, we apply our soft wash cleaning solutions on the roof. These solutions (Biocide treatment) not only give your roof a deeper clean but also hinders growth of algae and moss for up to 2 years.
Rinsing
After 15 to 20 minutes, we use a steam cleaner or low pressure sprayer to deep clean the roofs. This helps to remove all debris and wash away cleaning solutions on the roof.
Post-Cleaning Inspection
After the completion of cleaning process, we perform a final inspection to ensure your roofs are clean and stubborn stains have been removed.

Sean and his team did a fantastic job of evicting the residents and pigeon proofing my solar panels. All the guttering was cleared of the pigeon deposits and the patio was also cleaned up. After initial contact by online form, I received a quote within half an hour. I phoned next day and arranged a date for the work which was within 2 weeks and could have been earlier if I’d wanted. Sean and his colleague arrived at the time and date arranged. As there’s no access to our back garden except through the house, they took all equipment over the single storey flat roof instead of going through the kitchen, which I said they could have done .
